3. Eligibility and Registration

5. Fees and Payment

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Participant Cancellation:

Program Cancellation by Project Youth:
We reserve the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds provided in such cases.
Medical/Emergency Cancellations:
Documented emergencies may qualify for program credit or partial refunds at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property:
All Project Youth content, including training materials, methodologies, digital content, assessment tools, and branding, are protected by intellectual property laws.
Participant-Created Content:
Participants retain ownership of work created during programs but grant Project Youth non-exclusive license for educational and promotional purposes.
Usage Rights:
Participants may use materials for personal education but may not reproduce, distribute, or use for commercial purposes without permission.

Project Youth is not liable for injuries from participant negligence, loss of personal property, actions of third parties, or employment outcomes.
Insurance:
We maintain general liability, accident insurance for participants, and professional liability coverage.
10. Corporate Partnerships and Internships
Partnership Arrangements:
We collaborate with corporate partners to provide real-world training scenarios, professional mentors, site visits, project challenges, and networking opportunities.
Internship Placement:
While we facilitate connections, placement is not guaranteed. Final selection is made by partner companies. Internship terms are between participant and employer.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
Data Collection:

We implement secure storage, access controls, encryption, regular audits, data minimization, and retention policies.

13. Termination and Suspension

14. Parental Responsibilities (For Minors)
Consent Requirements:
Parents/guardians must review and agree to Terms, complete consent forms, provide emergency contact, verify health information, and authorize participation.
Communication:
Parents receive program information, progress reports, notifications of concerns, and invitations to events.
Support Role:
Parents are encouraged to support preparation, encourage participation, reinforce professional behaviors, and engage with program staff.
15. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution:
We encourage direct communication, discussion with staff, and early resolution.
Formal Process:
If informal resolution fails, written complaint submission leads to review by Program Director with possible mediation.
Arbitration Agreement:

18. General Provisions
Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute complete agreement between you and Project Youth.
Severability:
If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
No Waiver:
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive right to enforce later.
